Rare as hell, 2 times as expensive as the 2nd most expensive model in the line up. Also, build in a time when the Frenchies lost all knowledge about reliable electronics.

Uncool.

Twin turbo bumps it up to meh. Otherwise it would be uncool because it's a bland looking 4 door sedan that screams 90s.

I thought it looked a bit like a Vauxhall to start with. Still Uncool though.

I actually found out about this for the first time shortly before it was nominated, which was good.

It's got all the beastly little things I love. 4WD, twin turbo 3.0 V6, about the right power, and it's even French as well.
An easy cool.

I'm a Renault guy to begin with. Then it has an amazing V6 with two turbos bolted to it, with 4WD, and it looks kinda nice. Also cool because it's French.

Never heard of it before the nomination came up either. Hell, I would have found the idea of a hot Safrane laughable if I was told about it without seeing proof that it actually existed. They even bothered to give it a twin turbo version of the V6 from the A610. And AWD. Amazing.

Calling it cool might be pushing it a bit, but I'd only be willing to give that vote to the smarter-looking Phase 2. Earlier Phase 1's had that E100 Corolla liftback-esque rear design which I always disliked. It just looks even more awkward in Biturbo trim.

I thought it looked a bit like a Vauxhall to start with. Still Uncool though.

It does have a whiff of (Lotus) Carlton about it, even though it's a hatch. The performance factor is nowhere near as obvious with the Biturbo from first glance though.

Growing up, the regular version was my dream car, so let not even talk about this Bi-turbo V6

Hot as a frozen Hell!! Such a (lazy French) sleeper!

This thing is awesome. I'm gonna pull a W&N here and say that for a biturbo V6, the thing is underpowered, but yet again it's the freaking 90s. High cool.

This car too me never screamed 90s but more so early 2000s, and looked far better than many U.S. sedans during the time and further down the lines that still couldn't figure out how to make curves rather than box like lines. And those that could figure curve like lines did so in the likeness of larger marine mammal creatures...

This car is far better than that and there are only a few cars of the time that seem to be a few years ahead in design. Makes you wonder what happened to them in modern society as a current car manufacture :sly:

So it might not have been the most reliable car. Cars like that have character, and cars that have character are cool. Plus, it's French, and a turbo 6.

A car I never seen ever, would scream SU already BUT, it's AWD and has twin turbo, the looks aren't bad.

Though the car kinda looks a bit coupé in the image so what brought me surprised is that, it's actually a hatchback...?

Eitehr way, meh.

Never heard of it in my life.

Almost looks like a SAAB with a different front end looking at that picture. Not bad to look at, and the specs are nice- I'm sorry what's it called again?

Meh, rounded out.

His nomination post was deleted, and all that was left was
That's because I changed my original nomination.

Gets a solid meh. Just another sports sedan.

Never heard of it, but a twin-turbo V6 and a 5-speed manual sounds cool to me. Has a boring appearance though.
