Cool, I guess? It's certainly (probably?) unique from other F-Series on the road. Some of the mods seem cool, others... I don't really care about. Though the engine sounds underpowered.

Yes, it was a trim exclusive to the 2003 model year, which celebrated the 140th anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg of the American Civil War.

@Jahgee1124 It's developed a rattling noise in the past week that I haven't figured out the source of yet, you might want to add that to the Additional Info.

As for the F-150, the list of extras is too damm high. And it has a rattling noise. And it isn't decked in Red, White and Blue.

Therefore, it's Seriously Uncool, of course.
 
Seriously uncool. Worst generation F series ever made. How they got this out of the OBS generations and considered it an upgrade floors me.
