My take? Not sure I have one, so I'm just going to say cool.
 
One might think that I hate anything that has a ride height tall enough that I can easily get under.

But actually, I'd love to take one of these anywhere (I mean anywhere) and tear up that landscape.

Not quite Sub-Zero, but definitely Cool.
 
Conqueror of worlds. This car will just go anywhere and run over everything. Sheer epicness.

I prefer cars of this kind to look more boxy though, not curvaceous. I want the bodywork to look solidly forceful with a flatly fierce face.

There's no authoritative oomph around its exterior styling. It doesn't look alive enough.

Not that it matters though, considering its bonkers capabilities. It really deserves great respect, and a Sub-Zero rating...

Also, it's mid-engined and rear-wheel drive like many supercars. It gets extra points for that unusual uniqueness.

...wait, wait...why are they making the back look like that of a Civic Coupé? Not that I have anything against that Civic, but....can't they come up with something else, something more?

I was asking myself: What sort of car is this? Then i saw the Discovery Logo.

The "I like to go fast" part, combined with the following scene where a land speed record vehicle travels at bonkers speed on dirt, leaving a trail of dust behind. That's what this car is about. Partially. Of course, it won't go as fast as a ThrustSSC.

....well, it is, actually. I dislike physical fighting with unbridled passion. I find it hard to appreciate it as a sport as well. It just may come across my mind when I get really, really pissed off at some points in my life. Still finding it fairly exciting to watch in movies, though. So maybe less points for the name of the car. Or...you can try to interpret the word "fighter" differently in this context.
 
Is it capable off-road? Well it certainly looks that way.

Does it have the least imaginative name for a vehicle of its type? Almost definitely.

Is it a dumpy-looking coupe on stilts? Well...

...good point, it's a misleading name. It's not meant to go "rallying", and just because it has capabilities to go over various uneven terrains, doesn't mean it's a rally car.

If I imagine it without its large tires and really high ride height, it's like a terribly proportioned obese creature with some sort of disease and robo-genetic enhancements that went wrong, making the creature look uglier than ever. It's like it swallowed a Civic Coupé, or it's a terribly mutated Civic Coupé, or it just somehow wants to poop a Civic Coupé out of its bottom. And finally, it seems like it's been given more artificial improvements in the form of increased height so it can move more easily, because the humongous bulges prevented the creature to use its limbs effectively when it was low.

I'm...starting to regret my vote now...

This car was basically designed by people on the internet using different parts from random cars, so that alone makes it cool. Also, the one person that cared about me during middle school absolutely adored this car, so on a personal level that makes it even cooler. However, the car itself is very stupid.... I'm going to go with a low to mid cool on this one.
 
Baja off-roaders are usually quite cool, but this just looks like a mess that somebody would build in their shed with a hammer. Crowd-sourcing was the wrong idea for the design of this car.

I like the design from the front and side, but the rear? I don't want to be reminded of Hondas when looking at an exotic. Meh.
 
It's made from recycled parts, based on a crowdsourced design (ergo... people designed it for free and the blueprints are available for whoever wants to build it) and goes like stink.

Should be subzero.

Then again, on the styling front, it looks like it was designed by a committee... and it probably was.

Mild cool. Mind you, I like the X6, too... so I'm not completely sane.
 
Seriously uncool. Despite some of it's parts.
 
Power wise, Sub zero. Looks wise, seriously uncool. Averages out a meh vote.
 
After spending time in an SVT Raptor and talking to the owner I quickly learned that off-roaders are uncool.
 
I'm not really much of a fan of the design. Having the swoopy coupe body on top of a lifted baja chassis with surprisingly skinny-looking tyres just doesn't work for me.

It's still a mild cool though.
