What? How did the vr6 go into the vr6?
VR6 was both engine and trim level.
In Europe, the GTi was a petrol 2.0 8v and 16v (with some places getting a TDi too). The VR6 was a VR6.

Famine - GTi is the trim for some Peugeots.
VW uses GTI.
Only one - the 306. Also used by Ford, Nissan and Rover.
Peugeot mainly do too - 205, 206, 207, 309 were all GTI rather than GTi. But I don't really care that much.
Along with the 306, the 206 was GTi.
The condenses is
I dont get it, the Zx2 is a 4 cylinder vs. the Mk. III GTI VR6 which is a V6. Yet, the ZX2 is just as fast in 0-60. The condenses is that the GTI is bland styling wise and in my opinion the ZX2 is a nice looking car. Yet the GTI is teetering between cool and uncool leaning towards uncool. The ZX2 however is definitely going to be seriously uncool. I just dont get it?
