  • Should the option to hide results until you vote continue to be enabled?
  • Should the option to enable changing your vote be enabled?
  • Enabling the changing of votes on the last day of the poll to allow people to fix their mistakes or if their opinions change
  • Should I stay out of threads other than posting the OP?

1. Yes. If someone doesn't want to vote, they can wait until the poll is closed to see the results.
2. NO.
3. NO. If people find themselves wavering that much on their opinions, they can wait a day or two before voting.
4. I see no reason for that at all.

But what if someone clicks something on mistake?

How often does this really happen? It's not like one accidental slip of the finger can cause this. You need to click both your selection AND the submit button.

I don't think we should open up the change vote option, which would likely be abused, simply because the occasional person can't be bothered to be careful.

Finally, in the case that somebody does make a mistake, that one vote would likely have a fairly small effect on the final tally. If we have another McLaren-F1-esque thread, however, and people get so worked up they start changing votes out of spite? The final tally would be utterly worthless.

You can't change your vote after the poll timer ends

I am not a wise man.

There may also be factors that may influence our vote that we didn't realize at first, which makes the vote differ from our final opinion.

I also fail to see how this can be abused.

I seriously doubt that would happen.

And what prevents another McLarensplosion happening before the poll timer has ended? I don't see your point.

I seriously doubt that would happen.

Did you read the McLaren thread? There was some seriously ridiculous behavior in there. I would no longer be surprised by anything when it comes to Cool Wall debates.

No, you are entitled to post your opinion. However, not in the OP. The OP should be unbiased, dont do what W&N did.

I dont see why you cant join in the discussion, but dont do what you did in the McLaren thread for example.
