okay, as nitro_2005 pointed out, he took all the cars for a quick lap around Le Mans II with RS5-Tires and came up with an 3'08.something for the Pug 905.
If you stick the the third gear when having to shift up, you'll save a huge amount of time and prevent a lot of wheelspin. I think it's actually possible to clock a 3'01 or better with the pug, but since you'll eventually will get a bit wheelspin in the third gear with RS2,3,4-tires, there might be an average time of 3'03 to 3'04.
I think if you end braking before turning into the corner and already accelerating out of the corner when starting to turn, the laptimes might improve. I think it's a bit hard to understand ... but it's not easy to describe.
