I screwed the set up of my Bentley, but I was still hanging on. Couple of close calls. Bermuda was racing me hard with my slippery Bentley. Maybe should run traction control at 2 instead of 1. I tried to go for more turn in but messed the rear grip up. Oh well.

Chances are that I will get lapped at Daytona tomorrow. I'm so horrible on that track, and my car doesn't seem too satisfied with it either. Any chance that the regs for tomorrow's race will be revealed today?

620 HP for tomorrow, ill update OP later on my phone.
Also the speed 8 will get 60 kg of weight for tomorrows race.
any 1 who wants to try the r10 will get more HP

THE GLITCH DELETES ALL PHOTOS AND REPLAYS!!!!!!!!!!!! NOOOOOO I must check immediately

I checked. It does. Damn it. I'm thinking through great replays I have lost. Hmmm. Me and my mate having a drift battle. That was one. And a few that I can't remember. Oh well. However, it also deletes all photos (annoyng but bearable) but worst for me, it delets all tracks, including my famous Dog circuit.......

Actually, i knew that. I lost my pics and videos (including my Vettel Challenge golds) when I transferred my save file to my new Ps3 in January. But most important thing in GT5 is still the cars and thankfully PD made it possible to make backups.

Just a heads-up that I will not be making the preseason race at Daytona tomorrow. It's okay, though, because Daytona sucks b@**s.

I can't wait to get Jamman and Blaze's tune on the GT-One. Driving it so far is grea tbecause you can really attack the course and the back steps out but its so catcheable early that its faster. The tune gives more traction so can't wait. Blaze, if you read this: Please can I have it off you. I will get it anyway off Jamman so please

My GT-ONE does 1:32.5xx... 1 sec per lap... oh God it's mighty fast, winning over 0.8 secs on the straights (last two sectors).

ill do my best too be their tommorow... BK will u accept my freind request on PSN so i can join tommorow

It's one of the most forgiving cars and the top speed is great, I love it... I was hitting 200+ before the bus stop. I didn't get a chance to really tune it for daytona road though before wed race so the fastest I could manage was a 1:33:5. A couple people were in the 32's not with GT though I don't think.

Anyone have a Pescarolo Peugeot they can share?

I have one....I'll put it on share tonight around midnight or so. I think I added you, if not add me up...one_bad_VR-4...make sure you get the dash. Which one do you want, the 03? I have all 3 of the peugeot...judd hybrid, 03 and 04 pescalaro's I think. 03 is Peugeot though I believe. The 04 used audi engine?

You can only love the GT-ONE :)

After a bit of tweaking I got the Courage in the 32s as well, so it's looking alright I guess. It's going to be interesting to see how the tyre wear of this thing is, in practice it looks okay.

AMF: Can I call you Adam? If I pronounce it as it's spelled (amf) it sounds ridicilous in my head, as amf is a short term for amphetamine in Danish :D

Is that at the 680hp limit? I'm actually even faster than I was in the Minolta at Daytona. I can fairly easily clock sub 1:30 times now, while in the Minolta it'd be 3 of 5 laps under 1:30, I can consistently lap sub 1:30's in the GT-One. The GT-One isn't as nimble at low speed as the Minolta was, but it makes up for it by beating it in a straight line by.a.mile. and being more planted meaning I can push it easier than I could with the 88C-V. A 1:29.5 is around what i'd be able to do normally, hopefully on a piping hot lap i'd be able to shave a few tenths off of it, but 1:28's are out of the question unless you're in the Audi or Bentley.

Aims for season 4? Championship of course :D. But really to be a bit more consistent and to show my true pace and to win races of course, and now i've got the championship winning car under me, so that's a confidence and speed boost. Still yet to take that all important first career win, looking to do so this season. If not that, to at least keep getting fastest laps of the races.

BTW bombe, you never did post up pictures for round 5 at Laguna Seca, just realizing that.

This was at 620 HP.

Thanks for sharing the Peugeot guys. Since I'm done "borrowing" cars for now (I don't need any more) I'm now reinstalling the data to my PS3 (the one that takes like an hour.) Which car should I run tomorrow, 908 Matmut, 908 Total or Pescarolo Peugeot? (with bombe?)

How is Peter so fast? Well, at least he has poor racecraft. Meanwhile I am slow with great racecraft and lots of mistakes out of frustration of being slow. Hopefuully things will be different now. Won't be at the pre-season today as I'm in London. Will be at the pre-season next weekend

He thought 680HP....big difference with these cars, we were 620 HP. If he was running 29's at 620HP, I would bow down .....lol.

Personally, I'd run the Matmut or Total unless you can get a really good setup for the pescalaro. All 3 of those cars don't handle anywhere near the audi r8's (01 and 05) , and I've spent some time trying to tune the setup on those cars but was always at least a second or two off, closer to two seconds from the audi.

That 03 has a lot of horsepower when set to PP limit but it will spin out in a corner like no other, with just a touch of gas. You can bring down LSD but then you get slower lap times. The 908 can hang with the Audi, just like the majority of the group c cars and LMP's. It all boils down to who makes the most mistakes really.

But then again, I've never ran any of the LMP's at this low HP consistently so I could be wrong about those cars. My testing was around 710PP....800 hp for the audis and 830 for the 03 pescalaro. I'll be testing them Monday and Tuesday after my kid goes home, he's hoggin the PS 3 damit :P.

I ran with the 620 bhp limit as we're using tonight. My GT-ONE is approx 1 sec faster per lap if I tweaked it a little too, which would mean 31s, so it's not too bad. The MINOLTA sucks bigtime, can't surprise anyone :)

I wasn't in that race, Peter, it should have been someone else's job to post pics - if you look at the S3 spreadsheet I never got any time differences either.

Thank you, Adam. :D

What HP limit for tonight ????

620bhp, and try to not make double posts. You can always edit your post to add something to it.

Yeh sorry

I'm having trouble breaking 1:33.000 with the Pesky. Today's gonna be a long day unless I find that little something EDIT: or the 908

It is a bit tricky to make the setup, but the main thing you need to change is its camber and toe angles.
