I mean does have to be entirely LMP?

Also, is anyone up for any racing of any kind on GT5 right now? I will play F1 2011 as well if everyone else is but since I just want to chat while doing hwk, would prefer GT5 so anyone? Drum?

Oh and Jamman, the BF3 beta is legendary.... in high definition. In SD it has a major issue with lag making it impossible to fight head to head with someone. Plus the snipe rifles have varying amounts of power for no obvious reason. Other than that, it is the best first person shooter ever but since they are such big issues, I can't play it. Just hope the full game works.
 
I'm up for any racing this evening, since I haven't got a date tonight.

Looks like my PS3, and right hand will be my date tonight. :lol:

Battlefield 3 beta is legendary. Just wish it had more maps and we could use vehicles and it worked on SD TV's for the benefit of golfer lol :)

I persevered for two matches on the beta yesterday. Was very good in both but it is very difficult (impossible) to fight people head on when at short range. I am forced to play recon because I have to remain afar (I like recon but want to experiment with other classes) and it is annoying if I know I can get up close to no scope someone but if I do, it will lag up and I will have no chance.

I managed to get a tonne of kills by going inside the one of the houses at the final base and knifeing a tonne of enemies who were shooting out the windows. I died after a few kills and just respawned at my mobile spawnpoint I deployed in the house upstairs where no one was.

Then the lag issue got annoying and I quit to watch the ILMC

Not mine, but quite hilarious. Some guy who retired at Spa and this was the final result. I don't know what's more worrying. The fact all the Lotus, Virgin and HRT are in the points or that all their best laps were 1:30's to 1:33's around Spa :D
 
I always new those drivers were under performing with the resources avaliable to them
 
How the hell did they pull that one off. How do they even know it was Spa. Although if F1 2010, I was in a Virgin for a 100% race at Catlunya and the AI is much faster there. But in the last half of the race, the AI were spinning all over the place. In the end, one man pulled through and didn't spin at all.... Liuzzi
 
OK forgive me for going off topic but the thread has had no posts for 31 hours so it needs a bump. Will you please spare 4 minutes of your day to watch my F1 2010 leagues, season review. Made by Will556. A lot of effort has been put in to it



Enjoy, and before anyone says we held the last round on F1 2011 because we couldn't bear to go back to 2010 lol. We also wanted to see day/night transition at Abu Dhabi so we had to do 100% :/ Can't complain though as that was my only win of the season and I get to see my driver celebrating lol :D
 
Hmmm why is it that in the season review, at the end, it isn't shown will spinning and me passing him to take 2nd? I thought that was very funny. Ex-Sauber driver gets beaten by the newbie.

Plus Jamman, you got 1st with the worst finishing attendance of any race we have ever done. 3 people finished.

10 people started. It's not my fault they all crashed or disconnected. Besides I lead near enough the whole race and to be fair only 1/7 guys who crashed/disconnected had any hope in hell of beating me.... and he was over 20 seconds behind :)
 
I'll be at the pre-season Jamm but the series times may need to be adjusted (pushed back about 15-30 mins) most days

That's fine. Actually that's good. iam_thegame has lectures at his university on Tuesdays so I might end up making it 7:15 :)
 
Why is this F1 talk here? I understand the enthusiasm for the game, but cant you make another thread for it?

YEs however its not really hugely off topic its still racing..
also can Le Sarthe go back another week and you do monza this week as i am away?

2. Monza is cancelled and Sarthe date is still TBA as far as I know

It feels good you should try it some time.
I don't see why it would be hard to do a race that's on the calendar in my absence. Bk pulled sarthe back.just for him so why not me
