1) Button wasn't alongside. He was behind when Vettel started moving across. Vettel could do whatever he wanted as it was his piece of road.

2) Hardly "ran off the road". He had two wheels slightly on the grass momentarily and continued on fine.

3) It's so hard to keep track of everything going on at the start. You can't just penalize Seb because he was a the front and caught on camera. That could be going on 3 or 4 times elsewhere down the field not caught on camera and that would be too much to police by the stewards and unfair.

Basically put if that got penalised they might as well stop racing. Eddie Jordan put it right. We don't want to see boring starts with everyone holding position. Might as well start under the SC if we want that. We want to see excitement and battles down to turn 1 from a standing start and that's what we got.

You made my point for me. Passing and excitement at the start is great, and if Seb didn't run Button off the road, they'd have been side by side into t1

Plus with my improvement this season, I could be pulling off some great moves at La Sarthe because not only I am now faster but the car suits the track.

I'm going to pull of a Vettel on Alonso esque move into the Porsche curves I think. Just for fun. Plus Drum could put it in his video regardless of wether it happened because it will look cool. I could fake the overtake etc.

I haven't got my hopes up to high for La Sarthe. SSR5 was epic but I hate the 787 more then ever meaning I'm just going slower and slower.
