He spun out on his own at the 1st turn. He then quit. He also spun on his own at the bus stop prior.

Edit: Unfortunately the BMW pretty much blows at Nurburgring, I haven't gotten below high 44's. Good news is I made a small adjustment to my setup that did help the handling off the corner, less skid/4 wheel drift, more of a straight drive off. BK, Tiss, just PM me if you want my setup..

My complaint was about Hofstee. In the qualifying race at turn 1 for example he was parked smack bang in the middle. Jamman nearly lost pole and I scraped his car. In the race I was about to lap him but he moved over quite late, forcing me to take a slower line through the following corner. I'm sure you're a clean racer Hofstee but what happened in the last race, shouldn't happen again.

I'm sorry!!! I went to eat lunch and could have sworn I left the pit garage.

And about the overtaking, I need to get better at checking my mirrors. But I'm also miserable at Daytona.


One more thing,
Did anyone see if my connection was bad? I saw in Tiss's replay my car was a bit jittery, and I know I saw Vegas slam straight into a wall at full speed until the connection fixed itself and he was back on the track much further away as if he hadn't hit the wall. (I'm sure he didn't hit the wall.)

Also that was my first online race. Ever.

I popped in because Mike told me a race was starting when I entered his lounge. I'll race whenever I can but Saturday's are usually my out and about days. Thanks for letting me run. Hope to see you at Nurb.

Nürburgring will be fun, I hope. It was my best race last season, except that I spun out twice during the race, making me lose contact to the leaders. I could've won the race in the Pesky, but it was not meant to be.

BK, are you planning on finishing this season before Christmas? If no races are delayed the finale would be Saturday Dec 17th. Too bad for me, but so much can happen the 31st, someone might lose an arm or something, lol. Anyway, it could be cool to finish it before Christmas.

C Ronaldo 7's challenge was just the final event that led to it and was just having a bit of fun with him.

But anyway, as you say. I doubt you will change your mind. The mods I've tried to reason with in the past have normally been too arrogant to admit to a mistake or being a bit hasty so I doubt I'll get much further with this

I Will be graduating from college on the 18th, so i dont think there will be a race on the 17th,

Xmas eve there wont be a race nor, new years eve...... so we may carry over till 2012, ill keep you posted

Amf it seems the physics changes have slowed us all down. The lap times at tight technical tracks are very similar to 600 HP last season...

Yeah, bmw will suck at this track, we're stuck in the 44 at best vs the rest will be 43s.

Best i did was a 45 i think testing last Saturday. Then we all tried to go mid 42s with the r8 and speed 8 lol.

Yes fixed I think. It's even stopped smoking now I've given it a few day break To be honest I did exaggerate that a little though. It wasn't much and it would just come in wisps but smoke non the less. Think I was just using it too much.

The brake was just a malfunction I think. Well, I hope. It seems to be working fine again. I've got two F1 leagues coming up over the next few days, one tonight (my league lol) so I'll test it in them to be sure

To be fair the Audi is very quick. I know Jake was matching my times more or less in it as well. But still having known BK for over a year, when I set a 1:42 in practice after the Daytona race on Saturday, was the funniest reaction I've ever heard from him

I dont think I tried to the R8, I was messing with the C60, 908 and Bentley I was slow though 44 best iirc, lol.
