thx, forcing people to join teams is tough, but we should almost be done now

if mav golfer and hofstee will pick a car, or if golfer and hofstee will join the GT-One team, and mav can go ahead and drive the R10 as he pleases

I told you send me a level ticket, I can't think of any car I want, if you can't send me a level ticket, forget about it. I'm working on a tune for the Bentley based off Jake's setup, so if anyone wants it just ask, it's only minor tweaks.

Yea, obviously the same guy corrected himself after logging in on the other account.

Pre-season race this Saturday, correct? And it's 2 PM BermudaKID time, which would be... well.... either 7 or 8 PM here, depends on whether you are still in Summer time in the US... I'll find out.

Damn it's been a hard week, haven't really had time to play GT5, which means I will have to finish my Endurance before the race Saturday... 2 whole hours in a R34 Skyline around Nürburgring V, leading by 4 mins or so... yawn...

Had some good practice tonight with Maverick, Vegas, Drum and Seth. It feels like the handling changes every time I play the game, but whatever.

If anyone is interested, my pace at Indy in the BMW is mid 19's. At Daytona I'm running 30.xx's with 29's possible.

I was about a second off of Mav's pace at Indy. Me, Drum, Seth and Vegas were all similar on pace.
 
i did 19s in the BMW at indy, then i completely fell off the pace today and could only do 21s when we had a lobby fuel of peps
 
Yeah, the handling definitely changed in Spec 2.0/2.1 IMO. The car feels different, tires behave differently. 1:20's were my best at Indy, I am not very good at that track though. Daytona was 1:30's and 1:31's easily. 29's are possible too. But i had to oil change and was running 690hp, so I could be faster.
 
At Indy I was in the high 17's last night, but I'm usually in the low-mid 18's.

At Daytona I did a 1:30.1? But it was in the middle of a fierce battle with Mav lol :)
 
I know the the FGT can not take Eau Rouge flat any more. Well, without a good setup it can't. I can't take it flat.
 
Sorry about the spelling mistake. I live in England so what time will the pre season race be on Saturday GMT time? Also it is possible to go flat at round Au Rouge with the setup I use in an FGT.
 
I'm going to push tomorrows race back by 30 mins ....

Otherwise ill be at work and miss.


Also if anyone is interested ill be creating the night series thread again.

We should have a good field for this season. IF The last 3 GUYS WOULD PICK A CAR!

I put my feet on the seat, then slide down into the pedals 👍 I wanted it to be like that, might make one of those pieces they put around the cockpit for F1 drivers after they get in heheheh. I like having to climb in and out of it.

If you have to get out in a hurry after an accident you'll be in trouble if the cars on fire
