I know its not fast but its not too slow and I should manage 29s but high 129s

1½ hours to quali race, right? I feel terrible atm, but I'll live.

Practice / quali starts in my lounge in 20 mins. Should be there in 25 mins
 
Back guys. Of the two 787B tunes in the Tuning Garage, which do you reckon is better? I can't be bothered to test them at the moment since I'm busy rushing to get ready.


Also, how many laps?

As I said at the start of the day I was thinking of leaving. Saturday night is far from ideal for me.

I should've stuck with the stock 787B tune. It would have been about 3-4 seconds slower a lap than everyone else but at least I would have been slightly more familiar with it.

New tune (tiss's) + new car + no practice = derp.


Hoping I'll do better at GP/F and the rest where I can actually have more time with the car as opposed to today.

Guess I need to win Sarthe now.


Also Vegas, that was some impressive driving. Gaining about 4 seconds per lap. You're really good with the 787B. If you didn't have that weird pit stop...
 
Well my most disastrous race for a while. Got spun by MU at the hairpin straight away and then got rear ended by tiss at turn 6? Dropped me to the back and AMF had a swipe at me before BK gave me another rear end at turn 1 for good measure. Then my brake pedal started playing up, before on lap 7 I just pressed it and nothing happened so I decided to gracefully retire.

I spun out every time on the first chicane. Need to adjust the LSD settings, Tiss's stock are a bit iffy for me on Daytona Road...

But I'm working on a new tune now... so hopefully I'll have a better suited car by GP/F

Sorry, your car was jumping due to lag and was room on my screen (not much though), when i saw you go off figured the lag cause me to hit you.

Great race

Only 1 driving mistake that cost me 1.5 seconds entire race, plus the two crashes on lap 1.
 
Good race all, made 2 mistakes but I think I got lucky as other people seemed to be doing the same lol

Sorry. I thought I might have hit you off, but on my screen you appeared a few metres ahead of where you actually were, which is why I hit you. :nervous:

I lost about 20-30 seconds due to silly mistakes but I was 4th fastest (excluding Jamman) so I'm not too fussed about the result. :)
 
Also, something strange happened... my pit crew kept me in the pit for ~5-7 seconds after the pit stop had finished... I don't get it... happened both times.
 
Yeah I know about all the lag. I'm not having a go, just telling my race story. I think when we were side by side tiss coming up to the turn I might've pushed you on the grass a little because I was drawing over with you behind and you suddenly popped beside me in an instant and I didn't see you till late.

Still, onwards and upwards to Nurb :)
 
I think i ruined 1/2 the fields race... I got tapped onto the grass at the bus stop then slid across the track into the path of the whole pack wrecking like 6 or 7 cars..

After falling to the back of the field had a decent race(though multiple wrecks/offs) and clawed back to 3rd.
