Well no not really. I wasn't really seeing the fuller picture. Anyway I am using BK's setup. If you want to use the Toyota setup go ahead, it's in the tuning garage, but I advise you to use BK's.

Yeh last year I was very quick at nurb this year I was 2nd a second of the pave and the lap felt good so it is down to seb

I'm not the only one with that opinion.

I just get a tiny bit frustrated when all through S3 there were calls for the GT one to be ballasted when I was using it. Now I'm in the Audi and that's being called for a ban and no-one gives a 🤬 about the Toyota anymore

Toyota never needed to be ballasted.. At least in my opinion... The R8 is very quick with out the extra wing, and with it makes it better then the rest of the field (like the 01)... Then with you driving it makes it even more apparent, lol.
 
That is extremely true what Vettelfan said about driving the GT-One then the Audi. Matter of fact is, Vettelfan has managed to gain a whole second in pace from last season and 1 second is a lot (based on AMF's evidence).

Well if Jamman goes on GT5 right now and sets his car to shared then someone can borrow it and check if it has the extra wing on. But yeah, it was next to impossible to enforce but I remember it being brought up somewhere.

I think we can all agree that the Audi should be banned from next season, grats on the title again. It's the '01 Audi over again.
Some will say that changing to the wheel has made more of an improvement than the car, but... look at you huge wins. A wheel alone can't do that IMO.

Continue with it this season though.

I admit that the Audi is mighty, even fast enough to be equal with the GT-One at a track like Spa, which should be a GT-One specialist track, and a tad better at Suzuka, also a GT-One track, but banning it is a bit harsh. Most it may ever need is a weight penalty of 10-15 kilos, nothing more.

If the Audi gets banned, then the GT-One will inherit the honors of being the fastest car, and then people will whine again, and then that will be banned, and repeat, until we won't have any LMP cars left! :lol:

Plus, please factor in that we've got arguably our best driver in the fastest car, which will make it look a lot better than it actually is. Penalizing the Audi with weight is really more penalizing the fastest driver, than the car for being too fast.

Listen, Nurburg proves that the Audi is to fast, Suzuka proves that it's got to much downforce.

At Nurburg, no-one, no matter how alien they are, are 2 seconds faster than the other fast guys(amf you're slow.:p) over a 1:40 lap, 1 second ahead of the pack is somewhat believable at their best track, no matter how fast Jamman is, that car is the fastest.
 
I submit this idea for next season:

A car "draft" based on driver ranking.

Drivers pick their vehicles from the available entry list, but the "top" cars are only available to drivers with lower rankings.

Free practice:
13 00 EST | 18 00 UTC

Qualifying race (3 laps, non-manditory):
13 30 EST | 18 30 UTC

Race (approximate start):
13 40 EST | 18 40 UTC
 
As there are no tables currently available to see, I just quickly made a driver table to give everyone an idea of their positions. It doesn't include team championships (dunno what to do with 5 man team 908 and 4 man team Speed 8?) and it doesn't include bonus points as I couldn't track down every qualifying session, disconnection etc.

But non the less those points are minor and nearly everyone will have most of them, so this will pretty much tell you where you are in the table at this moment of time and will hopefully do as a replacement while we wait for the 'main' table to get updated :)

Drivers championship is pretty much over now, nobody will be able to beat jamm if he continues to show up.


Also my next 2 trailers are using a dubstep song (but its the only good one) & a song in heard on top gear .

I should be able to make spa, as my work christmas party is on Friday, I will be getting **** so I won't be goin out sat night
 
I'll most likely be at Spa. Hopefully it's a little dryer though :scared:. I've come late in the season, so points aren't so important to me right now. I just want to gain experience and have fun!

I thought the main race started at 14 00 EST / 19 00 UTC?
