I vote for Rome as its probably my favourite city course in the game. Expect that it will be Tokyo or Monaco though.

Well for me:

Tokyo: Generally dislike the track
SSR5: The best one out of them IMO
Monaco: 0 chances to overtake and lapping would be a nightmare for the leaders
Madrid: Far to tight into the braking zones to overtake
Rome: Reverse is amazing but their both far to short
Laguna Seca: Apart from it not being a street circuit most of the corners are 90 degrees
