This seems rather odd, I suppose the easiest solution would be for me to get GTP Premium, but I don't get why it's doing this...

Well, thats a postbit error. Im sure some admin or super mod was in the admin cp messing around with templates and ****ed up for a second because its no longer there.

It seemd to be happening randomly, some posts it wasn't there.

Bizarre. Do you still see it? I may have found the problem, but I'm not sure. I've never seen the error so I don't know for sure.

Haha, thats a weird little thing thats happening, is it only the premium users? Or can this happen to all of us?

I haven't seen anything like that yet, but that's pretty damn funny! I guess Jordan is really trying to get us all to subscribe!

I suppose the link is supposed to show up under the ads for us non-premiums?

Yeah it is, but it's been loading in odd places for me occasionally. By the way I'm using firefox.

Incredible. If anyone has an explanation why code would show up at random places at random times for random different people, please let me know. This is ridiculous. Everyone, the next time this happens please, in your browser, click "View", then "Page Source" or just "Source" in IE. Then copy the contents of that into a txt file and attach it to a post here.

It happened, and I did.

The link seems to be moving north.

I managed to get some of the code, but I'm not sure if its the right part.

This is really weird, it's a fairly serious problem when a piece of code just jumps wherever it wants. When you read through the source where is the code for that? I searched it for the URL that it's supposed to direct you to and couldn't find it, and those words aren't anywhere on the source either, not that I could see anyway..

Jordan, have you fixed this or something? I haven't heard a reply and I haven't had any problems with it for ages. If so, what was the problem?

No, I haven't had time to look at it this past week. I'll get to it as soon as I can but I have a lot of other things I have to do this weekend.

As did I. It is just such a random thing for which there is no explanation - I'm using Firefox as well and I have yet to see this problem. I have a few ideas that I will work on when I have more time that may resolve it, but it is virtually impossible to pin down the source of this problem.

Yeah, I haven't seen it for months, and you shouldn't come across this problem should you, seeing you're an admin...

There's no hurry really, it seems to just be my computer, and it's no inconvenience, just a curiousity.

No, user status doesn't really matter. I see all the ads and the GTPremium link along with everyone else should anything like this happen.
