After two tandem battles have now taken place, I feel it's time for a bit of a change in competiton:

SINGLE DRIFT COMPETITION
ONE CORNER, ONE DRIFT, ONE VIDEO.

Compete by posting a youtube video on this thread showing
an awesome or highly skilled drift that you did in GT5.

This time next week I'll create a poll, and we'll vote for who's video is the best!

At the top of each entry put:

[GTPLANET NAME] [ENTRY no.] [TRACK]

RWD only
No quoting other people's vids (to make viewing easier on this thread)
Unlimited entries per person.

Well, I added it to our drifting faq. if possible, could this be like a Weekly thing?

I guess he will just post the real vid then it's in his vid section called jump drift it's a very sweet drift he holds opposite lock for so long would love to see if anyone can match this

Yes nK4e, this could easily become weekly, it would be a great resource for stunning drifting clips, such as HKSD1's XD

how do you compete, sending clips in?

I got my Veyron running around daytona oval at about 150 mph sideways. Im thinkin this would be a good clip to film and put up here.

haha yeaaaah its pretty bent, definately not the typical genre of drift car or the typical venue. But its a video game. gotta try some wacky video game stuff every once in a while. it was a good tuning exercise too

Try something more technical. Shadymods has a clip of my Veyron running Suzuka East in the GT5 Drift Video thread. The switchbacks are a little harder to handle than Daytona's oval IMO. 💡
