Oh I know. I just like to prove to myself I can truly go without hearing any christmas songs. This year will be harder though, I'll give you that. My girlfriend wants us to listen to it. *not the song, just christmas songs in general. So it might pop up. Hopefully not
 
I crossed christmas movies off my list, I still think I'm pretty safe. :lol:
 
No near misses so far, but my confidence compared to my previous winnings is slowly falling away.

3 teachers in 3 different classrooms I clean have been playing music recently, one I can account for as not a radio channel, but still a concern and the other two are tuned into popular radio stations. :scared:

Plus any music from any after school activities could start getting christmassy pretty soon and you can see why I'm not so confident.

May as well load 4 WHAM! bullets into the revolver and start spinning the cylinder now and hope I can beat the odds until the christmas holidays. :nervous:

First close call for me. Went to have an eye test at specsavers and they had Christmas music on.
 
While watching I'm a Celeb last night (yeah I watch that, what are you gonna do about it?), I got up to go to the toilet during an ad-break. As I was leaving, the advert for the latest "Now Christmas" came on. Luckily, Wham! was not first, and I don't know what the other songs were as I left sharpish. My flatmate (un)reliably informs me that it wasn't in the advert, so I would have been fine otherwise.

It is in the advert, my 2nd Whamming of the season came yesterday by way of it.
 
And all grocery stores and malls. :lol: I could've sworn I saw christmas decorations early in October in the streets somewhere too. :ouch:

I almost got whammed by my friend's Snapchat. It was an Alexa saying "now playing last Christmas, by Wham!". I quickly turned off the volume before it started to play. That was the closest I've ever gotten to getting whammed.
 
Standing in the spare bedroom, I heard a familiar bass line coming through the wall. I stood there, gripped with fear at what I though was happening.

Keeping with the spirit of the game, I walked to the other side of the house and I heard the dreaded words and familiar beat that nobody wants to hear...

@Daniel I've been whammed... Godspeed to the rest of you.
 
Started Xmas shopping today, think i came fairly close when they played Mariah in the card shop, but came out unscathed...
