I'm not doing well... I just ran one hour with the GTO only to see my tuning not improving and only coming from 1'52.046 down to 1'51.564...

Yes indeed, we just came out from a tough week, red ice is gone for a while, Lion-Face and PiTch_ are usually pretty silent between deadlines and GT5 is here now so...

But don't worry, still there ;) !

Man, you're fast !!! I don't know why I'm struggling that much with that challenge... I just spent one hour with each car and here are my times :

DMC DeLorean S2 '04 : 1'52.378
Pontiac Tempest Le Mans GTO '64 : 1'51.035

I might give it another chance later but...
 
I entered into the mid-to-upper 1'50's with the Pontiac GTO, but still am stuck at 1'51.5xx with the DeLorean. I know I can do better with it, but my tuning isn't right yet. I think I need to give the suspension a bit more play to absorb all the elevation changes Infineon throws at you. I'll have to give it one more evening before submitting my times.


P.S. - Dan, you're fast.

Sorry for the blurry photos, there's something wrong with the cameras allocating apparatus :ouch: .

Anyways, how can I upload the replays? I got the files from the psp's memory stick but I can't view the replays nor can I upload the files :o.

... zip.zip, tell me if those aren't the correct videos, don't know how to view them and there were a lot of other files around those so I'm not sure if I picked the right ones.. Though those should be the right ones.

Afraid I didn't get a chance to do any running this week with work and GT5 but will try and submit a time for next week. Great times by everyone this week by the way:tup:.

Welcome 👍👍👍 ! Be carefull, once you tried WTAC, you'll be addicted to it ;) !

So no major problem for your submission except for the folder names : you can change the .zip files name like you want BUT don't change the folders names ! They should be named "UCES01245RPLY-B5677F72300" instead of gto for example. If you change the name, it might appreared corrupt. So could you please upload again your replays ? If you can't before deadline, I'll try to review your replay by changing their names back to what they were supposed to be but I can't guarantee it'll work ! Could you please try to upload again your repalys without changing the original folders names ?

Nothing...Sorry guys, I had been playing all week, getting back into it and was pretty happy with my times, then late last night I realized I had been running S3 tires!! I managed to get a few laps in with the GTO on S2's and got a 1:50.5xx but haven't had a chance to re-run the DeLorean again.

Its good to see some new faces and some top times! Even if I had run the proper tires I would have been struggling to keep up with some of these times! Good stuff. Have to get an early start for the new week to give me a chance!

My bad, don't know what I was thinking.:dunce: I think I need to get more sleep.

Week 30 produced a very interesting result - a brand new competitor, Spiral, took home 1st place honors by an incredibly tiny margin: 0.003 seconds! Spiral and Pitch both had the exact same time with the DeLorean (1'50.460)... the difference was the Spiral was 3/1000ths of a second faster with the Pontiac GTO. Amazing racing Spiral! And welcome to the WTAC! Also, Pitch deserves a hand for being a part of that amazingly close race and for securing second place this week. Congrats! Rounding out the podium finishers was Dan, who has firmly transformed himself into a top-3 racer week in and week out. Yet again, Dan, great laps!

Overall standings remained the same for 1st and 2nd (Pitch and Dan360), but easyasashii slipped to 3rd. Sylar missing this week's event meant that he dropped to 5th overall, but he'll charge back with a strong showing for week 31. Lion-Face, pvr77, and Jochemvanberkel also missed this week's event, but I'm sure they'll be back for next week (just like Sylar).
