I thought I remember reading this somewhere but I can't find it now. I even looked at the old WRS stuff and didn't see it. I know we are not supposed to discuss lap times but I thought that certain split times were ok in the WRS? Beyond times, what else are we allowed to discuss about the lap? For instance, I'm struggling at a couple spots on the track and would like to be able to talk/get advice/complain about it but not if it's taboo.

The WRS do talk splits for the weekly races, but the WRS qualifier is totally different, and any discussion relating to the WRS qualifier has always been prohibited. It's the same for this qualifier.
The issue with lap times and spits is that it gives cheats who have no intention of actually doing a lap the chance to piece together a lap from splits that would put them in the first division but outside the top 10 so they wouldn't have to prove the lap was fair with a replay. Thus people with no right to be in the first division would get in it.
Just wanted to introduce myself, I just registered but i've been reading the forums for a while now. I'm from Peru and I really like the idea of having a way to race with clean racers after all the punting I've been put through. I'll be creating my GTP account so I see you guys online soon!

i was looking up in the WRS thread and noticed some people in div 3 were much faster than some in div 1, all deends o the car and track i guess.

thanks...i get it now...but i notice that when i created my new PSN account..i have to start all over the gt5 game...can i some how copy my saved game from my other account to my new account??and how???

Oh come on, to be fair to people, they arent going to read through 40 pages to find an answer, the point of this thread is to ask questions, so we just answer them.

press the square or triangle button. Can't remember which but one of them brings up the hud and it'll flash up the splits when you cross them. Just make sure you're quick and get all those digits written down before they disappear
