So had a decent stint earlier to see what I could come up with initially, I've seen faster both sectors just not combined :(, but looking forward to improving on these;

Good start Martin 👍 I'm just having a go now but not proving to easy with a headache :ouch:
 
Slight improvement. Slowly, ever so slowly, I am getting the hang of this track thanks to all the good help from my fellow WRS'ers. Here is my updated splits.

Also, my G27 started glitching again with the brake, a temporary fix was to wiggle the wire that goes into the pedals, but then the throttle started sticking on when I was going into corners and this got quite off putting and stopped trail braking from working. So, I took back off the pedals and sprayed contact cleaner into the potentiometers, I figured this would have a similar effect to taking the potentiometers apart and cleaning them, 24 hours down the line and it is working perfectly so fingers crossed :)
 
Haven't driven this since my first half hour at the start of the week. Ilk see if I can get some time in tonight.
 
Ran a new best lap time, improved with 0.232 at the finish line, best second sector ever with a 34.196 and best last sector but left 0.5 in the first....

Still chasing for that perfect lap.

Shaved another 0.2 of my best lap. Best first sector ever, but lost 0.2 in the second, still enough to improve on the line.

That is an amazing Sector 1 time, only hit 1 .0 rest are .1+. Well done with that one! May have to rethink that corner, as that's the one corner which counts on the lap, and it's the one corner i now hate in this car lol! Had another stint, not much improvement (tiny bit) but nothing major.

Thanks :sly: It was the first time I broke the 27 second barrier, it's hard to follow the ghost now but probably just because I'm too tired, 33.4 middle sector is possible as I missed a couple of apexes 👍

I like to use the handbrake for the hairpin ;)
 
First go at this. Been a tenth faster through T2 but otherwise OK lap

Edit: ok, ended up running under 34 seconds in T2 on another lap, so it seems I still have at least 0.3 to find :rolleyes:

Ahh I probably won't use the handbrake if I'm honest, I'll see what I can do without though :)!

Wow. Your times are just amazing. I still can't figure out T1 but T2 dropped a lot after watch your short video. Looking forward to watching your detailed how to vid after this is over. 👍

FYI my avatar pic is from Wednesday race. I took out the hay bails trying to avoid Sark...lol That's his pic after the race. Thanks again for your tips. I raced awesome and the most fun I've had to date.

I hate walls sometimes :grumpy: was on for my best yet and then slightly hit a wall :(!! Nevermind, I'll give it another try soon enough :)!
