Ran some afternoon laps, and finished with this:
T1: 27.104
t2: 19.807

Slower T1, but about .200 better at the finish.
Almost missed the deadline again this week:nervous:
This was one crazy/frustrating/addictive combo!!
Can actually "see" my mistakes as they happen (in slow-mo no less through the "s" turns - Brake.... c'mon... c'mon... turn you little bugger... throttle.... steer...throttle...DAM!!!!! just cost myself .050. Bye-Bye Ghosty - again! :crazy:)

Going to submit my rubbish time from the start of the week, if only to stop someone who put more effort in than me from being last in div 2. I just couldnt find the motivation to keep trying, especially since I was so far off the pace by the middle of the week.
 
Finally got time for another go tonight. Messed around with the steering sensitivity for the first time and found setting it to -2 gave me the best lines round the fast corners. Submitted with these splits.

27.243
19.736

Found the tenth I was looking for and a bit more.

Found some time for a second session and improved a little in T1 but no gain so far in T2 (well, 5 thousands).

T1: 26.759
T2: 19.515

After what felt like 100 red laps, I found a little bit more!

Wow, I'm back to tenth, but still within a tenth of third, so I guess not to bad.

Early submissions can help with that, if you're forgetful like me, and you can always cancel an entry if you end up not happy with your time.

A miscalculation of GMT gave me an extra hour:dopey:

No promises, Carlos but Chuk should be back once he gets a better TV.
At the moment he's behind a 23" SDTV that we used for GT4 LAN and currently for GT5.

He is also busy at work and the restaurant, but Chuk will find time again.
Currently he only runs with us Sunday mornings, if at all.

I'll let him know people are inquiring. ;)
 
Submitted 5 minutes before the deadline with my splits that are on the board. I had about an hour before to try again.

I did once yesterday take T3 1 tenth faster than on my best OT replay. So I did have a small chance to beat my OT. Very small.lol

Cant wait to see everybodys T3 time and the best T3 time especially.:)👍
