I've updated my post at the bottom of page 1 with the Race Start Procedures.

The BMW's will now start when they see the Vipers hit the 90degree right-hander called Arnage.

Thanks @Gravitron :gtpflag:

Was a great race for me, this time :D made a few mistakes, but none that hurt to bad.

Congrats to all podiums and thanks for a great race. Hope i can keep up tonight.

Unfortunatly I will not compete tonight in the eu nor the na race. I'm shooting a movie with a couple of friends and we really need to do some prepping before we can shoot on friday. Will be there next week with the Integra.

I'm a late sign-up for the EU race tonight.

Anyone gonna be setting a practice room up?

In for EU race in viper again not had a chance to set the bmw up with a gear box or do a race simulation so il stick to what I know works

Didn't notice the schedule change. No problem for the EU, but the NA race is at midnight here and the wife's asleep, so unless I find a way to have my headphones on I'll have to cancel :banghead:

Stupid wheel decides to recalibrate twice causing both my spins only had the thing 2 months and it's constantly happening and ruining races

Sorry not to have finished the race guys. Wife arrived sooner than expected completely lost my concentration. Couldn't hold the car straight after that and decided that ruining my own race was more than enough.
Strange but I had a great time on saturday, and couldn't race 1 clean lap today :banghead:
I'm out for tonight's race. The schedule change is killing me

Managed to spin out on the formation lap :odd:, and I ran out of fuel near the end, but the race was clean and fun. Congrats to Friday :). Won't be available next week so I'll see you in a fortnight, cheers

Well done to Friday for the win.

I had a great race even though it was a bit lonely, ran most of it by myself in the end.

Apologies to GTP_MadMax for the 2 bumps - I got caught out under braking - maybe a bit of lagging.

So even with the amendments to the start it looks as if there are still around 50 secs between the classes.

Would like to do something similar in the future, maybe with a Sauber or Bentley.

Thanks to Bart for hosting and keeping calm at the start with a late swap in proceedings. 👍

Keep your eyes primed on this forum. There may be something in the pipeline in the near future ;) ;) ;)

As for the EU race, I had a great battle with Joel! I was driving like mad to keep up with him after he passed Shane and I around the outside of the first chicane. Had a battle with Shane while still trying to keep touch with Joel. We swapped places a couple of times. We were still close when we encountered the first of the Vipers. I overcooked my overtake on Danny and Kjeld and Joel could come back. After the pit I felt more comfortable on the new grippy tires and could stretch the lead a bit after I overtook Joel.

Great race

NA race room open:

1472-4711-0167-3386-2422

NOTE

We're moving the BMW start time slightly earlier to try and make it a race to the finish for the 2 classes. The BMW's will start rolling when the Vipers are halfway down the straight between Mulsanne corner and Indianapolis.

I'm also using time change 25 instead of 24.
