If someone were interested in a slow lap, here's my replay :)

Tried to check it, but the replay has the same name as one of min replays. And I'm afraid of letting it overwrite anything before my own replay is verified. :scared:

Then I tried to rename the replay from ...RPL001 to RPL009 to avoid the conflict, but after that the PS3 claims that replay is corrupted.

Congratulations to all on this amazing week :dunce:

Fantastic times, and couldn´t believe it was possible to be under 1.09 - Zoky_CRO 👍

Bit dissapointed with my T3 after all, just was out of pace.

Need in replay again this week, but that´s a good sign, right :nervous:

Thanks for checking.👍
TBH,I'm also a bit surprised with winning this one...I thought w-g-e and joshmuggo were in 1'08.9 range for sure.I guess that last sector really saved me eh...:sly:
My best sector 3 would have brought me into the .9 range. But that's talking about hundreds of a second. I thought my sector 3 was pretty good, but you just nailed that one I guess.

First timer.
Download replay
Go to Saved Data Utility.
Select desired replay
Press Triangle and select Copy
Select USB Device as destination
Copy to USB
Right click on PS3 folder USB, and go to Send to,
and click on compressed (zipped) Folder.
The rest is not explained for new people. But......
You go to GTPlanet, log in, select WRS week 3 and enter a Message with the zipped folder as an attachment.
Now we are to view the zipped folders for the other drivers, but I get an error when I try. What steps am I missing?

Sorry Vaxen, I just found the thread on the process. Thanks for the reply anyway.:)

If anyone has any comments or suggestions for a bottom of the pack driver, that would be fantastic (plus it needs to be verified, anyway)! My replay is on page 1.

Here is my NTSC replay - WRSweek3, GTP_spacecadetcc - Canada. Thanks!

It is great to see the lines others have been using and interesting at how 'off' I was in a couple of places. My biggest issue is consistency - I probably did about 60 laps before I could start hitting clean laps at any kind of speed. And even when I was faster, I was almost a second off per sector. I just couldn't get a consistent take on the first T1 right around the colosseum or the sharp right at the beginning of T2. Just the little hesitations throughout also cost me time.

Despite being bottom of the pack, WRS is great for me. I am really happy for the WRS because it gets me really working on my lines and braking/throttle control. Thanks to everyone who posts their tips and brake balances - it was very helpful.

Solved the problem by using my secondary account.

GTP_OnlyMe: Specs correct and lap clean and green with a good margin. 👍

(My own PAL replay is still not downloaded and can be found in this post. ;) )

Thanks for checking, Niels. I grabbed yours, checked it and it's green and clean 👍 But, urm, any reason why you had your windscreen wipers on :)

BTW bit off topic, is PSN down? Can't seem to get logged on :indiff:

Thanks. :)

I was wondering about the windscreen wipers too, when I saw the replay. Didn't knew you could turn them on. I probably hit the wrong button in panic in a tricky part of the track. :dopey:

Yep. It's down. Apparently for maintenance.

Here's my first attempt at posting a replay!!
Any comments appreciated and I know a few of my lines suck!!

I'l have a look at a couple of others to try and verify.

Thanks

Here's my replay as requested.I'm new to GT and I'm having a blast with the WRS. I'm sure I've done thousands of things wrong during the lap. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

And you wanted some advice so here's what I can tell you.

Slow in, fast out. In some corners you were braking too late or too early.

When you see smoke coming from your front tires that means you are losing precious tenth, try to minimise that by changing your lines.

You are smooth with your imputs, so that's a good base. (brake, gas and steering)

and always practice, practice, practice, but you are pretty good. 👍
