I finally heard from Endless Electronics about my dysfunctional slim PS3 and they fixed it and will send it back hopefully before Christmas but w/ the mail being so overwhelmed by all the shipping overload it should be here soon. I don't know how to act considering that the promotions are being held up by my misfortune. I want to extend my fondest regards in these times of good will and best wishes.
