Small split update, big T3 improvement. I think I'm finally being able to brake as precisely with the wheel like I could using the [ ] button back in the good ol' days, haha.

I haven't changed the brakes, I was gonna try 4/6 next.

I use 3rd for turn 2 too but for turn 4 I use 2nd, it's a bit tricky but definitely faster.

[edit]
I'm using ABS 1 and 5/5 as brake balance, mainly because if I change the BB and later I press restart, the values get reset to default (wonders of PD  ) , it's a pain to reconfigure the BB at every restart.
[/edit]

Exiting track at the end of the run saves the BB, not sure why it doesn't do the same as GT5 and save no matter what. :(

Not an easy drive so far with a ds3

Changing BB from RA huh? Why not just change it in settings?

And here's me Crusin Down the Highway!!

Just change it in the car settings menu and you won't have that problem.

Did 20 laps, could be done for the week. Not my cup of tea :boggled: But who knows, maybe... I wish this combo showed up last week, it might have saved me a promotion :D

How do you stop the car from dying at the apex of corner 1? It either slides or bogs

Man this combo is a lil intense. Trying to get that low margin is fairly challenging.

T1 39.838
T2 1.06.139

Braking just before the first brake marker and going down to 2nd (maybe 1st if you braked a little late) has been working for me... I switched to 5/4 BB.

I can never use 1st on the first corner - it unsettles the car every time. I have tried even going into 3rd, but yes 2nd is best for me. And I use the first brake marker as well or a little before.

I lost about .1 in T3, but overall it was the best lap thus far 👍

This is going to be interesting. I'm not familiar with the track or the car. But I'm willing to learn!

Wow....just had a look at the leaderboard and, apart from a couple of D2 guys being inconsiderate to the grand scheme of things :p, it is in perfect Division order.....first time I've ever seen that. Guess this combo really shows that the handicap system works well.

The week is still young

Very true....but it is still the first time I have seen that. It's not too surprising though as this car will show where you are in terms of car control....hence why I'm near the bottom of Division 3, which is where I should be as I'm D3B

New splits, 7/8 BB. Less downshifting.

There will always be anomalies every week, no matter the combo. Although, the divisions do seem to be weighing themselves out. Some weeks really highlight a drivers style and some weeks really hinder them. It all boils down to how well a person can adapt their style to the car.

Then there is James, Mike and eclipsee, who can make a flat rock roll up hill against a landslide.

Did another session, improved on my splits but could not improve my laptime..... using BB 5/4 and abs set to 1. I also saw a 40.1xx but totally messed up in the second.... I know it is there but just got to nail everything togheter. Something I did find out these last weeks, is that it is taking me less time then in the past to set a decent time. While in the past it took me hours to get up to 'division' speed...
