GTPDC RESULTS: First Competition

yea that is a good idea. GTPDC it would be great, but then it will take up ALOT of room also. people will just be posting threads as if its another drifting forum. well it's still a good idea:D

I'm pretty anxious as well. Though I hope my other two videos get judged also.
 
Hey do u guys know how to add the speedometers to the replay.. and is there any way to freeze the game and take a picture to show here? i really wanna join the competition :(
 
2EZ speedo display,brake-accel display,Track display etc are in the replay options while your watching the replay. Unless youve got a game port type device ,digital camera,video camera,or a decent video card on your comp theres not many other ways to get a picture captured and uploaded onto the forum boards.
 
i got a digicam but its slow to process like 3-4 secs per pic
 
I see your problem.This is getting off thread topic so maybe you should start a new one asking for help the way i see it you will have to watch the replay a quite few times and try the hit and miss method of taking pics each time you replay the clip and get to the point where you want to record which IMO would be a real pain in the butt.

Try to choose the worse quality.
That makes 1 pic per second in my camera. (I choose 640X480).
And I must reduce the size of the slideshow to get less than 100Kb per pic.:)
 
One thing: I took the photos of my TV sided (not in front of the TV), because if I do it, the TV becomes a mirror and you'll see the window and something like a lightning (half of the TV will be withe).
The time isn't very clear but I tell you honestly I did all in the same lap.:)
 
I think Thio's out of town so it might be another day before we find out.

Will my vid be in this competition? I got it in just before midnight on june 9th. I think lanEvo sent you the updated list just after you left or something.

hey ppl in the drifting comps. can u post ur setttings in the drift settings depot and put some kind of sign on it that u r competing?? i really like da vids.. now i need the setts. tank u
