Guys i have found a rival GT Forum which looks so alike to GTPlanet .

The site is www.authorisedcollection.com find GT3 and go to the forum.

Gt Planet whoops it's ass though. :D

Anyone else spotted Gt Planet Copycats ?

There is also a forum at granturismo.com
But i don't think that is a copycat.
Some members of GTP are also members of GTF
 
Whew, I was expecting a link to a site stealing my layout/graphics, but thankfully that's not the case. :)

the GTF was started in 1998 as a UBB and was html based before that, its an older forum, and this forum, imo, has a similar layout to the GTFs pre recent crash configuration.

the GTF went down for a few weeks from late january to sometime in february, and some of the members (me among them) spent the downtime here, some stayed, some havent been back since, and alot went to various other GT forums.

The GTF is a hard forum to earn respect at, judging from your grammar and spelling it would be hard to get respect for you.

not trying to be mean or anything here.

You can't say "gt.com sux cuz they doindnt like mee." you can't judge any internet forum like that.
 
when gt.com shut down i came here cause i just got bored....

Jordan,be carful not to shutdown this site or whatever,cause youll lose like 3000 members...

not me cause im really loyal

of course i could always go to mustang mans forums....

yea, you will find lots of sites with this basic forume layout. It is a style used alot. They get it from a site, i think for free or maybe a little bux.

GTPlanet, along with the GranTurismo.com forums, uses vBulletin forum software. And it is definitely not free. :)
 
i've hardly came back here since the GTF was back up. mainly because i know a lot more people personally there than i do here. posts mean more to the GTF than here, as in they're a bit more meaningful. but the stupid word-a-ma-jig will seem to go on forever.

My forum also uses vBulletin, here.

And no... its DEFINITELY not free.... :eek::eek:

I'd say its well worth it though :D
