How you get the pace car

hey, how do we get the lights going on the pace cars like in the image in the first post? Or is that a photoshop edit?

ahhhh.... :) was wondering, because i remember that in GT4 the lights were on all the time..... too bad you can't turn the lights on........

Heck yeah it would be awesome... Then again, if all the gamers didn't complain about the time it was taking Poliphony Digital to make the game, then ALL the cars would be premium.
 
could we make room ? i want for the 1st time to try a proper road laws room and see the action going like it was real :D
