If its for the HSAD (High Speed Apprehension Division), then it needs to be matte black but it can have a wing and what ever wheels you want.

I might set up a new 600PP HSAD car for my own use... :p

We should have something that has weather change, so Le Sarthe or Toscana should be fine.

Le Mans is fantastic for cruising, we could go to Monaco halfway through if we want as well, i.e. get bored of Sarthe :P

Yea it would be easier if you read them.... we would also need other things too, like mechanic and stuff.... I could also step in with other things too

I have a question, what exactly does the Mechanic do? I have a Midget lol. Seriously though, atm I am tuning my GTR Pace Car. Is multitasking allowed? I.E. If I start a cop I have to stay a cop right?
