You have to get a message from someone telling when everyone is hopping on

We don't idle in the room, everyone goes on IRC at the same time, play some trivia, finish it and then leave. Not really chatting in IRC.

I hope this isn't a revive, but when i go into the IRC room, and there's no one there, it says:

I Don't know why?
Maybe there's a hidden bot or something
