Understood clearly, sarg ;) But to clarify, lemme reiterate the steps:

1) At random you match-make each person joined -- the recipient and sender (this could be a problem if the total no. of members is an odd number because it'll leave out one person, but I'm sure we can prevent that).
2) The sender is responsible to sending the correct gift to the correct recipient.

Right?

Also, I think premiums shouldn't be included within the car choice since it's always available in the NCD and will be utilized as a last-minute resource. And perhaps we could also throw in some goodies, like paint chips, horns, gears, etc. to the recipient.
 
^ I think it'd be nice to send some stocking-fillers like paints along with the car. I agree with his stance on Premiums also.

Yes, all is clear. A couple things though:

I think it is inevitable that some people won't receive their gift. I mean, look: tons of people signed up on a whim. There are bound to be several "problem" people. I would suggest either heavy reminders (PMs, PSN messages, etc.), or a liability or compensation thing. 'Cause no one wants to get gipped on Christmas.

And regarding premiums, I think they should be allowed. Because I also think that customized cars should be allowed, and that can't be very fun without sexy premiums. You know, like a zero miles Christmas colored RKM 458 of whatever. I though that would be fun and certainly more interesting for the participants.

Just my two cents.

You pointed out a nice idea, so premiums can be allowed in those exceptions. Perhaps the OP can keep surreptitiously track of who's sending what + specs of the item to make sure everything goes well. Note that I said surreptitiously so the tracking is strictly done by the OP through PM.
