I survived 2012 but only just. I nearly got Whammed by a member of family but I was saved by the New Year Countdown :) .
 
Despite hearing Wham! and Last Christmas*, I have avoided being Whammed! in 2012 (well, at least in November and December anyway). :D

(*the Wham! song I'd heard was Wake Me Up Before You Go Go, and I'd heard a cover of Last Christmas - at least I'm sure it was a cover, as it didn't sound like George Michaels singing)
 
I survived! YES! YES! YEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH! And I wasn't even trying that hard...
 
And I'm safe. Two in a row for me.

I managed to get through December of 2012 without listening to the original 'Last Christmas', which has claimed tens and hundreds of people's ears.

... and it is my first time actually participating. :dopey:
