As I check my gtplanet application for updates and drama, I have yet to see someone from gtplanet host a drag combination event, no its not another team battle. Just legit drag racing with realistic affordable cars. Ego's shouldn't be a big deal here on gtplanet, and gran turismo 5 if you can't take a "lost" then this must not be a event for you. As you may think to yourself what type of racing; 1/4, 3k, and men mad roll racing, cars to be used shouldn't be that hard to chose, I myself hate to see unevenly matched cars trying to drag. Sixteen member lobby, I am "NOT" a "MASTER, HACKER, OR PRO GAMER" I just ask that the compatible people take part in this meet and greet event. If you want to take part in this event please reply with ideas and input.

PS: please leave sauce and small TVs out of the lobby, no ghost holders; and by that I mean taking more than 10 seconds to ghost, there's no reaction their.

:confused: I'm a little confused on some things you said but...
If you want to see someone host a drag competition event.... you can. The thing is with drag competitions is that half the people that sign up actually show up because they have other things to do. Lots of very, very good competition ideas are abandoned a lot.
 
Confused, are you here to be a douche? or are here to say you want in? Meet and greet drag comp the only see people I see online from here is mainly honda teams, stop with the forum troll and let's keep the meet and greets relevant
 
Seems like you are the real douche/troll here.
Trust me, there are online comps. Sometimes they aren't named "Drag Competition" or anything related. Sometimes you just gotta know the people and what rooms to enter. Me and some of my mates, hold competitions in our lounges too.

Not being rude I asked what shall I search, to many thread cops and trolls, as I said once before I was only trying to get the gtplanet big names in one room to run, sorry sir, you came out of no where, that's why I said obvious trolls are obvious

Well you are asking if anyone hosts drag events, and there are a lot of people doing that. You'll have to look at the FAQ to see how to use the search bar, but if you use it right, then you'll be able to find just about anything.

This is why there's so many jumpers in a Honda room. If your ghosting every 2-3 seconds you have a 70% shot of getting lucky with the ghost. Ya...reaction is what I'd call that to.

I do what they call a pro tree, I see u stage, racers rev, boom ghost, this shall explain
Idont allow jumpers to race u jump back of the line and yes reaction plays a part

Sounds like guess launching to me.

Holding the ghost weeds these kinds of people out.

Holding ghost doesn't affect your actual reaction time....
if anything, it gives both participants a much more even look at the tree.
But this is purely my opinion based on my experiences.
 
I see you guess no way you racing in my room, I don't allow it nor do I guess I apologize that I made this thread, seems that everyone is out to get everyone on grammer, you understood the thread so why post negative feedback?

Yeah, I hold for at least 4 or 5 seconds, expôses jumpers pretty quick. Seems Honda racers are soo much in a rush, ghosting as soon as they stop in front of the racers before their tire smoke even clears and jumping after 2 seconds....it's farcical !

Laughing out loud, went from me trying to host gtplanet meet and greet for the community, to jumpers how does one jump when he seen ghost, seems to me that was reaction

Lol, sorry :). I like the idea of a 10 - 11 second car tournament. Cars that launch slow don't get such a big head start if there's ghost lag.

I guess you missed it, Danny280 was hosting a room today and that is what we ran 10-11sec cars from 350z to NSX to 86GT there was a 69 Camaro and an SVT Lighting and an IROC Z, if we ran FF Hondas was for a quick 20min, we had a blast for about 2 1/2 hours. Word of advise the more you plan it the less chance guys will show up, been there myself.

we have all gotten together before, a ton of tds, hydro, gtww, protocol, hanglow, and other teams and solo tuners in one lobby, it was about a month ago. lol, getting all the guys together is hard, but when you do, its always one of the most fun lobbies ever XD. we are all insane.
