What? You're still around? I swore you retired or something
I joke, I joke. I kid, I kid.

@mat123- We discussed this already mat, I was supposed to be switched AWD a while ago . I think I still got a RWD close to being ready. I will offer up a car to be tested on the side if any of the testers would like. No worries mat I got a day off and I think I can belch out something for RWD.

I barely even have time to run this competition, now that school has taken most of my time. But anyway, I fixed it.

If you were placed in the wrong category, it could be because I missed a page.

^It's all good mat. I'm not upset. You had me in AWD on one of the lists a week or so a go. I understand being busy I work 48hours a week. 👍 no harm no foul.

To see off GT5, I'll be entering more categories in Touge Showdown starting with T200 in Season 4. I've pondered about T500 this season but I've backed out.

T400 Entry:

This time, this is a serious competitor despite I stated as a replica. I hope the setting runs well!

:grumpy:Really? Have we not discussed this before.

edit: In the mean time here is my entry.

Did You Spill My Pint- T400

Tak is entering yet another Replica tune.

@Tak- My car is roughly a second faster a Tsukuba than your replica. I read your specs. Try tweaking your power and minor suspension work to make it more competitive.

I don't know if there's any rule change, my 1st TMAX entry from 1st season was also a replica - exact replica of R33 GTR Hosaka Tuning. As long it does not break tuning restriction or banned cars, it is allowed, isn't it ?

^but, the last 2 he entered were not even competitive and the T200 was slower than stock even. If a replica was competitive and at least attempted to compete it wouldn't be so bad. But as an original tuner it offends me a little that one of the competitors feels we are not worthy of an original tune.

Mmm, I don't know how you can feel that way, my previous entries on this Hot Version Showdown has been mostly replica as well, my EK Civic replica was slow as well as my R33 GTR Hosaka ( full weight ), I was a bottom feeder most of the time when it comes to lap time or driving impressions, my goal was never to win in the 1st place, but to know if my tune can perform in the hands of variety drivers, hopefully my T400 car will not disappoint anyone.

To put it Simply his T300 was slower than most of the T200 field. Granted my car wasn't much better but I tried to come up with an original tune. By any means I am not the A #1 driver or tuner, but I feel that if you wish to enter a comp do one of two things 1. Make sure it's competitive if it is a replica. 2. try to make it original as possible, snagging a few numbers from real life is ok but basing your entire tune off of one car is kinda lazy.

My TMAX R33 GTR Hosaka was slower than Onboy's T300 Impreza at Eiger, as it has full weight and only 550ps :( I hope you don't think I was lazy too, I can't imagine your impression driving my T300 EK Civic.

^ do you tune only replica's and did you go out and find those replica's specifically to be entered as contest cars? If it was a car you've tuned and fit the criteria I see no problem. but going out of your way to find and recreate the cars simply to enter it in a comp. If you have a replica that is there and is competitive yeah that's different but like I said if you go out of your way to enter a replica that's a little lazy.
