I would like to help you, but I refuse to put a real tune on that car because I put it in the same class as the veyron and x1. That car can only compete with other r35 tc and that is just no fun to me.
I haven't seen them much either, but I think this is more because people may be classifying them as "Race Car" and thinking it's not fair if they drag them again regular VSpecs. That's what I've heard from some people atleast.
If I wander into a random room and see a bunch of top level cars the first car I grab now is my r33TC if they can't beat that I leave. If they can I grab the r34TC and when they start complaining about it being a TC car I'll get the same cars as them to beat them in.
162 isn't bad but it can definitely be faster I think. I wouldn't know though as I haven't tuned it. I was in a lobby one time and they had guys doing 165
try it this way test the cars stock with no add ons stock gtr vs stock gtr tc model and see how far your time is and how far apart you are with a person that has stock also. I don't know but just try it...
It's a drivers battle instead of a tuners battle. It's a ton of fun if everyone just goes with it and doesn't get overly serious about automatic transmissions so make it as even as possible and crap.
i am racing a mitsubishi lancer evolution X tc and it is slow... it's the 500pp b spec race and it can't even get first place... so don't say tc is faster than regular car when my tc can't even beat a shely series one super charger and honda nsx... its in 6th place and can't gain any more places its lap 5/5...
