There was no clue you were referring to the region, though. Just that the car had something in common. Is it the Tommy Kaira Micra? (I can't remember the exact model name, is it the M13?)
 
Honestly I'm still not sure what you're getting at. But I'm guessing it's a small hatchback that's either a Honda, Suzuki or Subaru?

It's simple. Tankuroded's guess was the NSX. Honda is the correct manufacturer.
