OK, it looks like this group is way before your time. They were a popular group back then because of the two very unique songs they had. Their songs don't really feature singing. One popular song had "Hey!" and "La, la, la, la-la lah!" as the only "lyrics." But, today, nobody ever plays there songs.
 
Crap I don't know. Jesus Yeah and oooooolah isnt much of a hint many past bands have done that.

Booker T and the Mgs aren't British.

Isn't this the Professors that said they could make a song with no lyrics and would be a top 10 hit !! So they went ahead and proved it ?? I know them, but the name isn't coming to me...

I know. I was talking about my group. They are a British group.

Again, think weird, different "'80s" music with no traditional lyrics. Something to do with "paintings."

No, it's not the Cure.

Again, you're thinking of accidents and crashes. It has nothing to do with that. Ask yourself this; what are paintings? What are those words in that painting?

Go to WinMX, or whatever, and download "Moments In Love", "Close (To The Edit)" and "Peter Gunn." Three great songs. Especially "Moments In Love" because it's a great song to make soft, tender love to your women to. 👍

...Nothing is coming to mind. Mind you I'm only 14 so anything past the 90s...I'm screwed.
