Technically, most of the new rules are made by you. Sparky's thread barely had any rules.
 
Actually, I hardly made any new rules. Most of the OP's rules were carried on and passed from Filipino's GTC.

EDIT- Revised rules.. Deleted unnecessary rules.

I agree. @NT_03 you dont need to follow my thread's rules. Just make it simple. For example, You Guess and You Make The Riddle rule.

It's actually the "last" question if the guesser guesses it correct, he has to verify what kind of riddle it is, and it passes through a complete cycle.
