NOW you're getting somewhere. Nailed the second clue, now tackle the first. Does the Yellowbird seat four? Either way, the answers are close but wrong.

Karmann ghia? Idk I don't think its the same but different or the other hint, but I think it seats 4 and has "junk in the trunk" meaning motor.

Yes, "junk in the trunk" meant the engine was in the trunk. Karmann Ghia doesn't really match the first clue though...

I figured it wouldn't be same but different. I don't understand what you mean by same but different... like my riddle. It was very vague

Part of the car is the same as a different car, but another part is very different. The car is European.

VERY close with the 2CV, a bit too old though. I didn't think it would be this hard. At 5:32 EST I'll give another hint if you people want it.
