I know, I just can't think of a car that fits that yet. So, I'm sticking to cars that I know are similar to what cars were in GT1.

- Acura NSX '91
- Acura NSX RM '91; makes me think of the Honda NSX LM GT2 from Gran Turismo 1 that also competed in the 1995 24hr lemans in real life.
- Castrol Tom's Supra '97; reminds me of the '96 Castrol Supra GT that was in the first 2 GTs

- Reminds of a GT1 car - obvious
- You could say it's japanese - well, it is, it's just an American rebadged version
- GT1 version was born as a race car, this wasn't - obvious again
- Necessary specific experience and experimental new sportscar (should've said new sportscar experiment :dunce: ) - mixed with Ray's experimental week = NSX

All clues point to the NSX RM :)

Nope to either. I'm not thinking of the sample games. Just the main numbered ones and PSP.

Yes, the CLK GTR is what I'm thinking of. That car has been in 3 GT games so far; GT4/GTPSP/GT5. It was almost in Gran Turismo 2, but cut from the game due to licensing issues as EA wanted the Mercedes to be in their NFS title at the time. Your turn for riddle making.
