yes the Taurus is the answer, remember GT2? the Taurus had a race mod #6 Mark Martin Taurus but then its race mod was changed in versions 1.1/1.2 but still playable in Arcade Mode.
 
Something told me that you were referring to GT2. Also, I guess the Taurus looks like a jelly bean if you look at it from above.

About the facts about the Mark Martin Ford Taurus. I actually have been able to use it in my personal Gran Turismo 2 V1.1 disc on Simulation mode. I know it's V1.1 since it's missing a lot of the typos and bugs that were in V1.0.
