Solution:

Nearly same name, same body: obvious.

Nearly same name, different body: the Vauxhall Vectra Super Touring Car that raced/races in the BTCC

Under cover: using someone elses name is being under cover, right?

Astronautic: was supposed to hint you to Astra :sly:
