Guys his riddle is history, someone else that isn't named sparky and uses a legendary Dragon/Electric Pokemon as an avatar please step in to induce migraines.

Nope. Strange as it may sound, it's got nothing to do with NASCAR. There are 2 particular sections of the riddle that will stand out and reveal everything if you get the context.

I'm too bored right now to think about it for extended periods of time but I guess I can call the Bugatti Veyron, the Caterham Seven Fireblade, the Ferrari Enzo Ferrari, the McLaren F1 and the Utterly Bonkers and expensive Pagani Zonda R.
 
Nope. I'm impressed you mentioned Enzo Ferrari, F1, Veyron and Zonda, but not this one (1/2 cars that would go. The other used to race in a series I tried to get going on here)

By the way there are 3 versions of the game (There is a German version and an Australian version) ;).
