YESSS! Thats the one. Because it uses the JGTC widebody kit and overall resemblance to the Calsonic Skyline.
Here's the explanation
Hint 1:
Speed King/Jintei was a legend in TXR with his 1000hp Skyline and also the Calsonic lookalike Skyline has 1010hp that is demon enough for a 4WD car.
The Devil Z was part of the riddle is because it was the closest car to match with Speed King's Skyline plus every TXR gamer chooses this to beat Rival #400 but some people use also White Charisma's RX7 to beat Devil Z
Hint 2:
In Street Supremacy(for PSP or let's describe it as a TXR psp version), Purple Meteor(drives a R33 Skyline)

But, if there's a 70% chance I'm right, there's also a 30% chance I'm wrong, which, given that there's about 1200 cars in GT6 alone, means it could be one of 1200/100*30 = 360 cars featured in GT6.

So there you have it, there are exactly 360 different cars that could be the answer of the riddle, and that's without accounting for GT2 :lol:
 
And, add the 50 skylines+miatas+3000GT's+S2000s+NSX's+RX-7's, ( Ironically, the car could be one of these groups mentioned..)
