I don't know but I think I see a big gap between the two kidneys and something red in the middle. I think its a Honda Orthia also said by Ragadir.

If this isn't a BMW it'S a VW Golf 4 R32 :D:D and it just looks like bigger car because of the angle
 
looks like a vauxhall or an opel or something alon those lines, but I don't know anything about those cars.
