It's a Modsport car from the 70's. Photo found in the sexy and mean car pic thread iirc. Jaguar did produce Jags like that themselves.

not sure how that happened cause i dont remember seeing those smilies. i think he changed it after.

As far as I can tell MB 190E 2.5-16V Evolution ... though I suspect that the car in the image doesn't sport an original bodykit.. so I'm not sure if such a specific answer can be given.... I could be wrong.. BMW's are my thing, not Mercs.
