Go to aviary.com and blur it there, that's what I do, it's really easy
 
It's rather difficult. You can always use what I use, Fotoflexer, it's like Photoshop, kind of, but online, and free.

You could try blurring it twice and changing the brightness, Also, try to make the badge look as invisible as possible.

I know many Lightweight, cheap Japanese vehicles, but this one is just puzzling me. :ouch:

Looks like a Subaru, Daihatsu, or Honda.
