Specifically, the Carina E; a car which didn't offer much during it's tenure in the BTCC as my clue suggested. One win in 4 seasons was not a good result and it is best remembered as being the car that was the centre of the infamous coming together of Julian Bailey and Will Hoy.

No, but it was JDM-only. Available as 2.2, aswell as with two V6s sized 2.5 and 3.0.

Probably not because I'm pretty sure it's not JDM but ford mondeo? Or Mazda 6 sport wagon?
