I don't think that's an acceptable doctored image.

The car in the edited photo may only be blurred, turned black & white, pixelated, or flipped left to right. If it is smeared the car must still be identifiable, and you may not edit the photo in any other way

But... is it a Suzuki Liana?

Start the guessing.

Just my two cents regarding how images are altered, I feel when V3.0 of this was started the rules became a little too strict on that, as I find it fun when images are tiled, fish-eyed, rotated etc. Surely the best criteria is how reasonably recognisable the image is and not how it's been altered? Why restrict that?

I see your point. I made the rules like that so that we didn't end up with some of the ridiculously unrecognisable pics that we got in V2. I'm very open to feedback, so if you have a suggestion for a modified rule please feel free to PM it to me or post on this thread.👍

Sorry Beeblebrox nothing personal meant, was good of you to take up the mantle and start the new thread. I would just state something along the lines of "don't get carried away and too abstract, it needs to be guessable", but that's just IMHO. People soon say when a pic is too vague, and it seems some folks then reduce the blur and whatnot, or at least add clues. :)
