Photobucket app + photopower (both are free) that's what I use
 
I use Photobucket(for uploading) and PhotoWizard(for blurring), both free and both very easy to use.
 
For crying out loud, every time I check this thread I see a car I know, then see someone got it, and no one else has posted a pic! I think I need to follow it more closely! Has happened with the Renault 5 and Citroen CX recently...
